A Discourse on TITS

> OOOOH! Do TITs inherently have pumas hiding in their cravices?
Uhh, maybe you haven't noticed this, but usually cravices are between two TITs. Thus, cravices are an emergent property of pairs of TITs, not an intrinsic property of a TIT at all. Not even all pairs of TITs have cravices between them. In fact, for any given TIT there is almost never more than one TIT with which it forms a cravice. TITs, when in abundance, may sometimes form pseudo-cravices, but there is to date no evidence of the normal cravice fauna in any such case. It may also be the case that, for some given TIT m, there be several TITs n, such that between m and n exists a real cravice. However, normally TIT m actually forms a cravice with only one such n; any cravice between m and some n is referred to as an "accidental cravice." I don't know why, all cravices tend to cause accidents.

It might further be noted that there are TITs which do not form a cravice with any other TIT. In some cases, this is because of the immaturity of said TIT (and really, have you ever met a mature TIT?), and in some cases, because of the destruction of the cravice forming TIT. But there are even cases of adult TITs which do not form a cravice with any other TIT. Some views hold that these are not real TITs at all, but most now believe that this is a regrettable case of bigotted ideology masquerading as science and see nothing at all wrong with admiring a nice pair of smaller TITs for what they are. As to the occurrence of pumas on such cravice-less TITs, no consensus has yet been reached. But there are many researchers closely examining TITs of all shapes and sizes for pumas and puma-like entities. Personally, I think it is one of the most exciting research topics in our lifetimes.
