One of a bunch of folks based in Champaign-Urbana and Chicago Illinois, who wander
around the mid-west going to SF conventions and the like.
What does "Booga" mean?

Sounds like a stupid name for a language.
No, no, no. "Booga" is the entire language. Everything you ever
wanted to say -- and everything else -- can be expressed with this one word
. . . all at one time.
Isn't that a bit confusing?
